L' AS DU FALLAFEL: GREAT PARIS STREET FOOD

Bookmark and Share

Located in the heart of the historic Jewish neighborhood of the Marais, there is always a line outside of L'As Du Fallafel.

On Sunday, when many restaurants are closed, this joint is jumping. Falafels in Paris? Come on, you need a break from steaks frites and crepes.

Order food at one window, pick up at the next, and make sure to grab plenty of napkins. Then look for a place to hang out, while trying to keep the juicy, authentically prepared contents of your Middle Eastern treat from dribbling down your chin.

When Parisians are asked, "What is your favorite place for falafels?" L'As Du Falafel is frequently mentioned as possibly the best. In a country of obsessive foodies, that's quite a compliment.
