The bar at the Hotel Costes is all about tufted sofas, velvet fringed armchairs, and corners for cozying up, and it attracts a rather decadent crowd.
It’s a room Napoleon lll would have loved. It’s sensuous, kitch and no doubt, the smarter you dress, the better service you will receive. Are you “someone”?
