PARIS BOULANGERIES : GOSSELIN
Phillipe Gosselin is a highly decorated boulanger.
In 1996 he won the Concours de la Meilleure Baguette de Paris, which translates into, “Top Baguette of the Year”. He is also the official supplier of bread for the l’Elysee Palace. The most powerful people in Paris can’t all be wrong. At lunchtime he woos us with his elevated version of the ham and cheese sandwich (made with baguettes, of course). Bon appetit!
