If you come to shop at E. Dehillerin, you will most likely stumble upon the kitchen gadget of your dreams (the one you never knew you needed).

It might be a little pan for melting butter, a paring knife, or baker's mold. Copper cookware, whisks and ladles, floor to ceiling shelving with utensils for stovetop, oven and table...Oh, my, the aisles are narrow and it's difficult to find someone with patience to advise you. Come prepared to take the time to peek into every nook and cranny.
The store hasn't changed much since it opened in 1820. In fact, it is approaching its bicentennial year!
