CHOCOLATE SHOPS OF PARIS : MICHEL CLUIZEL
Chocolat Michel Cluizel is a landmark Paris boutique. Drawn in by the cascading chocolate fountain, the artisan chocolate maker’s talents are apparent.
The shop is managed by Catherine Cluizel (daughter of the master himself). Monsieur Cluizel has delivered us the perfect chocolate bar. Dark, tangy, milky, mild, there is a bar to suit every chocolate lover’s taste. If bon bons are your thing, perhaps chocolate filled with ganache, pralines or almond paste will strike your fancy. The newly opened New York outpost serves brandy, champagne and cognac with their chocolates.
