Pascal Combette works with his wife and together they succeed in delivering to the palate, an array of delectably flavorful ice creams and sorbets at Pacal Le Glacier.

They start with the freshest of seasonal fruits and use only Evian water. Each batch is hand made. Each flavor, over sixty of them at last count, is distinctive, and toppings include fruit and nuts. I wish I could beam this ice cream shop back to my hometown. I’d be there every day.

The Best Ice cream in Paris
This sounds great! I've got 3 months to collect a comprehensive list of great food/wine/attractions and I think this site just might be the key. When my wife and I visit in April, (from Perth, Western Australia), we want to have searched the net and made a list of the best that Paris has to offer in local food and wine. We don't want to be pushed into any old cafe that only pretends to be local - we want to eat what Paris if famous for. We want to walk everywhere and take in every non-touristy market, restaurant etc (within reason, of course.) This looks like such a great site, so thank you. We'll be back!
